We find out the person at the door was Tobi, a friend of Fenwa sent to protect her.
Edith’s sister, Bianca later visits. They laugh the dreadful night off and talk about their love lives. Bianca then brings up their father’s anniversary thanksgiving.

Fenwa finally returns from his business trip in a rotten mood. Edith invites him to the thanksgiving but he blatantly refuses and Edith questions him about it. This leads to an argument and then an ultimatum which leaves their relationship hanging by a thread
