Lola revient de la gym.. sa maman l’attend avec une bonne nouvelle. Tata Pauline a obtenu de son frère, le copropriétaire qu’il accepte de confier la gérance de la résidence hôtelière familiale à Lola, bien qu’elle n’ait jamais travaillé dans l’hotellerie.
Sa maman veut se consacrer à ses champs et ses plantations et prefere que Lola gere ce bien familial qu’il leur reste…
Lol hesite a accepter car elle se sent incapable de gérer cet hôtel et son staff plutôt étrange, à commencer par Monsieur Seraphin, le directeur financier… Lola visite la résidence avec sa maman Pauline, elle y rencontre tout le personnel. Lors de la visite Lola semble encore douter de l’offre que sa mère lui a faite…Lola qui revient de la énième visite de la résidence annonce qu’il faut revoir pas mal de choses selon elle, elle expose à sa maman son projet de transformation…
